Membership Categories

Full Golf Offerings

• Regular - Available to all who own Forest Creek property, this product is refundable and transferable upon the sale of the Forest Creek Golf Club property to an approved new applicant.
  

• Charter II - Available to all without Forest Creek property ownership, the Charter II is a non-refundable offering. Membership can be upgraded to Regular, transferable status with the purchase of real estate.
  

• Junior - Available to anyone with or without Forest Creek property ownership under the age of 40. A percentage lump sum payment of the initiation fee will be due upon application approval. The balance of the initiation fee is due upon turning age 40, less a set amount credited by the Club at each anniversary date. The dues will be 1/2 the full rate based on geographical location until age 40.

• Legacy - Available to all children and grandchildren of existing members aged 40 and over with/without Forest Creek property ownership. Initiation is waived and dues structure is based on geographical location. This non-refundable and non-transferable offering may be converted to the Regular category with the purchase of Forest Creek real estate and initiation payment in an amount effective as of the date of such conversion. 
  

• Legacy Jr. - Available to all children and grandchildren of existing members aged 25-39 with/without Forest Creek property ownership. Initiation is waived and dues structure is based on geographical location. This non-refundable and non-transferable offering may be converted to the Regular category with the purchase of Forest Creek real estate and initiation payment in an amount effective as of the date of such conversion.

Limited Offerings

• Social - Only available to new Members with Forest Creek property ownership and provides access to all Club amenities excluding golf courses or practice facility.
  

• Retired - Members aged 70 and older may convert to this category once the aggregate of their age and years of Membership exceed 85. This offering provides up to six rounds per year and unlimited use of the practice facility and all other amenities. The retired offering also allows participation in the Member-Guest, Member-Member, and Member-Pro events that do not count toward the six rounds per year maximum.

• Retired Plus – Members aged 80 and older may convert to this category once the aggregate of their age and years of Membership equals or exceeds 100. This category of Membership has full Membership privileges without any limitations.

Notes - *All prospects for any Membership category must be sponsored by two Members and be approved by the Membership Committee. The Club reserves the right to change the terms of all future membership programs at any time, with or without prior notice.
